Mr. Bozer expressed interest in a potential qui tam litigation matter. Mr. Bozer appears honest and provides some summary information with little follow-up. Mr. Bozer with Phillips Lytle (a large firm in Buffalo) act as though Qui Tam is their specialty. I have my doubts.
Were there any disadvantages with the attorney who represented you?
Mr. Bozer fails to return phone calls. Mr. Bozer requests emails on potential new matters however, did not respond to my emails. While I continued to reach out by phone, with verbal promises for a consultation on my Qui Tam matter, we never met or consulted by phone. Needless to say, I moved onto another lawyer and law firm other than Phillips Lytle for my Qui Tam matter.
