There are no advantages to retain this attorney, at least for my civil rights matter. Ms. Miserendino is not well educated in the civil rights laws. This law office is not very well staffed, closed many days per week despite we are post covid. Ms. Miserendino spends a great deal of time talking on the phone with little to no follow-up. I would seriously recommend finding another attorney to handle any civil rights claims. I am discouraged by the time Ms. Miserendino spends faking her experience with civil rights yet she accomplishes nothing for my case? This has been an unconscionable experience.
Were there any disadvantages with the attorney who represented you?
There are plenty of disadvantages. The biggest problem with Ms. Miserendino is communication. She tries to justify claims based on NYS civil rights laws without any research to confirm the claims.
